Jan 8th 1945Franked a whopping 853 letters today- library book reminders mostly and about 28 letters of rejection for applicants who wanted a job at Blockbuster in Surrey.
I hate this attic. Earlier today I found an old mouldy raisin which cheered me up.

Franked 500 letters today - we have a campaign on at the minute - mostly mailshots to Tesco Clubcard customers.
I really hate this attic. I wish I was a free woman so I could get a publishing deal for this diary
